Element Vaughan Southwest

Great hotel! Actually shocked it was as well equipped as it was. The room had a water filter dispenser for clean drinking water, refrigerator, microwave, etc… Bed was comfortable, amenities were higher quality than expected. Also, excellent service. I have no complaints. I travel for my job and generally pick apart hotel rooms. I was pleasantly surprised I really didn’t find anything to criticise about.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times now, anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, and let me tell you straight: the front desk team here is DIFFERENT. I have been bouncing around Toronto all year trying to have a feel of each hotel and so far nobody touches the vibe and professionalism of this crew. Yugmi, Priscilla, and Ally are the reason I keep coming back. They are unmatched. Every check in, every question, every interaction is top tier. They are friendly, sharp, and always on point. Hands down the best front desk I have experienced in Toronto. Rooms are spacious and come set up for real living with a full sized fridge, a dishwasher, plates, and a 2 burner stove for anyone who wants to cook. And if you are in the mood to grill, they even have a double grill available for guests. It feels like a home setup without being home. All around, this place just hits. But the front desk team is the heartbeat of the whole experience. They make long stays feel smooth, comfortable, and honestly enjoyable. That is why I keep choosing this spot over everywhere else.

We stayed for one night here and we all wished our stay was longer. The hotel is beautiful, service was great and the included breakfast was delicious and fresh. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about the Element Hotel. On our first stay, both my dad and I felt the service and overall experience were exceptional, so much so that I booked here again on my own this time. The staff is incredibly friendly, and it truly feels like they enjoy working there. Every single person I encountered made me feel welcome. The rooms have everything you need to feel comfortable, and I especially love the 24/7 espresso machine in the lobby (such a great perk!). I was already planning to write a glowing review, but then the team went above and beyond: when I got to the airport, I realized I had forgotten my laptop in the room. The staff immediately located it, packaged it securely, and arranged for my Uber driver to bring it to me at the airport. Truly outstanding service. This will always be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the area or catching an early flight. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at the Element Hotel in Vaughan. It’s incredibly convenient—just minutes from our event space—making it the perfect location. The front desk staff were super friendly and very accommodating, which made check-in and our entire stay feel effortless. The rooms were fabulous: clean, modern, and fully equipped with a kitchen, which was such a great bonus. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

First time visiting Ontario, stayed at Element Vaughan with family. We were truly impressed by the rooms. They were very spacious, clean, comfortable, and have a nice kitchenette area that is equipped with everything you need. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods to choose from with a lovely decorated dining area. Gym/pool area is well kept and spacious. Close by to a McDonalds and few other restaurants. About 35 minutes to downtown Toronto without rush hour. Definitely recommend!

Great hotel Check in quite easy Front desk person very pleasant! Now for the BS hockey parents that let the kids run wild! Then you sit in the lobby with your takeout is every where! Do you live like that at home.

This is my favorite hotel in the Vaughan area. Pretty standard Marriott property, but the staff make it special. Breakfast is better than the other options, too...
